Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
For Delivery within Singapore, local delivery for purchases of SGD50.00 and above is FREE.
For purchases below SGD50.00, a delivery fee of SGD5.00 will be imposed.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or whatsapp/message once your order is being delivered. A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday Morning or Wednesday morning.
Damages
KN-SG.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We also offer international delivery. For more information on international delivery, kindly contact us at sales@automotivegrp.com.
Overseas Global Orders:
- Purchases of SGD200.00 and above qualify for FREE shipping.
- For purchases below SGD200.00, a delivery fee of SGD10.00 will be imposed.
Malaysia Orders:
- Purchases of SGD100.00 and above qualify for FREE shipping.
- For purchases below SGD100.00, a delivery fee of SGD5.00 will be imposed.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Our orders usually ship within a day therefore you must contact us as soon as possible to cancel the order before it is shipped.
